PRODUCT PURCHASES
All sales are considered final so please order responsibly. Any custom product, discontinued product or sale product sold by USA Floor Coverings are considered special order items and cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on items that have been discounted however full manufacturer warranties still apply.
Accessory pieces or “Trim” pieces are often custom fabricated and may or may not be of exact species. Specific species stock material may not be available to create trims. In this case, the fabrication mill will determine the best species to work with to obtain the closest possible blend to the flooring ordered. Trim Shipments are sent separately from pallet shipments to avoid loss or damage. All trim ( moldings ), Flooring Adhesive and Special Order sales are final and non-refundable.
USA Floor Coverings reserves the right to change pricing and cancel orders for any reason at any time. Flooring listed on our website without pricing signifies a product with high pricing volatility and typically has lower inventory levels as well as longer production and shipping lead times. TAXES
Any orders that deliver into the state of Arizona will be charged sales taxes. This is subject to change as tax laws may change for each individual state based on internet sales.
ORDER CHANGES
Once an order is placed, we have a limited time to make any changes. All changes to orders must be approved by USA Floor Coverings and additional costs incurred as a result to these changes must be paid in full before changes can be fully executed.
USA Floor Coverings cannot make changes to delivery addresses once the order is transit. Please keep in mind that changes to an order do not take place in “Real Time” and therefore we cannot guarantee that the change can be processed prior to the shipping of your order.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be approved by USA Floor Coverings by contacting us at 480-219-9573 or by email at [email protected].
Any approved cancellation will be charged a 5% credit card processing fee of 5%. If the order is cancelled on the same day and or before the credit card has been batched and sent to the credit card company, then there will be no credit card processing fee.
A 25% manufacturer restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders including cancelled back orders. You will be responsible for paying all freight costs associated with any delivered products that are approved for a return.
PROCESSING TIME
Once your order is placed directly with the manufacturer it can take up to 3-5 days to process the order. This means it can take up to 5 days before we can provide any tracking information. Once the product ships, please allow 10-15 business days to ship to most locations. There are some exceptions to this and areas outside of primary roadways may need additional days for delivery. Sometimes these outlying areas require 3rd party freight companies who will ultimately deliver your order, requiring more time for coordination. All orders and shipments are processed during business days only. In the event a product is on backorder, we will obtain the expected availability date and update you accordingly. All manufacturers can potentially change that date at any time.
We do not stock product items. We ship directly from the manufacturer warehouse locations and we target the closest location to your address for the safest and fastest delivery possible.
PRODUCTION NOTICE
It is important to order all intended products for your project at the same time to ensure consistency of your project materials. There are no guarantees that if you order products at different times that the milling, lock designs, dye lots and/or color patterns won’t change over time. Flooring products can change yearly and are not guaranteed to match with original installations. If you plan to install material in other parts of the home, it is highly recommended that you order all material at once to get a reliable and consistent installation overall. RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from USA Floor Coverings, the following terms and conditions apply to proceeding with a return.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA). Customers must contact USA Floor Coverings at 480-219-9573 to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 15 days of receiving the order. 15 days after the date of delivery, the order is considered closed, and a return cannot be authorized.
Items must be returned in new and unused condition. Credit will not be issued for any opened merchandise.
NOTE: We can accept a return on 10 cartons or more. USA Floor Coverings cannot authorize a return on less than four cartons of any flooring.
SHIPMENT ACCEPTANCE – CLAIMS
When your shipment arrives, please verify that the flooring and quantities matches what you ordered before signing the Bill of Lading. It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any damages or shortages. Any damage, shortage or abnormality must be noted on the Bill of Lading with specific notations indicating the total number of boxes or pieces damaged.
All claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please forward the following items and information to [email protected].
– At least 10-12 photo images showing the specific damage you wish to claim.
– Photos of your notated and signed delivery receipt.
